These Terms & Conditions apply to applicants of the Affiliate Dating Program.

1. Introduction

Betty Hamilton Matchmakers ("BHM") operates an exclusive Affiliate Dating Program, designed to introduce select individuals ("Affiliates") to high-net-worth VIP members for mutually beneficial dating experiences. Participation in this program is highly selective and subject to rigorous vetting and approval. By applying to and engaging in the program, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate Information & Eligibility

To maintain the integrity and exclusivity of this program:
 

• Affiliates must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including but not limited to age, physical attributes, nationality, lifestyle preferences, and availability.

• Any changes to provided information must be updated with BHM within seven (7) days.

• Affiliates must be at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into agreements.

• Participation is by invitation and approval only, and BHM reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its sole discretion.

3. Introductions & Engagements
 

• BHM facilitates introductions between VIP members and Affiliates for casual dating. Participation in any introduction is entirely at the discretion of both parties.

• BHM does not contract, mandate, or arrange any activities beyond the scope of an introduction. All interactions are between consenting adults and remain voluntary and private.

• Affiliates are responsible for their own due diligence when engaging with a VIP member.

• Compensation is for time and companionship only and is non-negotiable. Rates remain standard for all Affiliates, regardless of location or personal attributes.

4. Privacy, Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
 

• Affiliates acknowledge that all information about VIP members is strictly confidential and may not be shared, disclosed, or discussed with any third party.

• A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required before engagement in the program.

• BHM will take all reasonable measures to protect Affiliate information; however, BHM cannot guarantee full confidentiality regarding information shared with VIP members.

5. Professional Conduct & Expectations
 

• Affiliates must maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and decorum at all times.

• Any behavior that is deemed unprofessional, inappropriate, or damaging to the reputation of BHM or its clients may result in immediate removal from the program.

• Affiliates must notify BHM of any significant changes in availability, preferences, or personal circumstances.

6. Indemnification & Liability
 

• Affiliates acknowledge that BHM solely facilitates introductions and is not responsible for the outcomes of any engagement.

• Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless BHM, its executives, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from participation in the program.

• BHM does not guarantee compatibility, relationship success, or the frequency of introductions.

7. Agreement & Governing Law
 

• By participating in the Affiliate Dating Program, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of New York.

8. Acknowledgment & Consent

By submitting an application and/or engaging in the Affiliate Dating Program, you confirm that you:

☑ Acknowledge that participation is at the discretion of BHM and subject to approval.

☑ Commit to maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.

☑ Understand that BHM is not responsible for any personal interactions or outcomes.
